Synopsis
It’s 5 months after the death of Curtis’ partner Mia due to post-birth complications. As the initial fog of grief starts to lift, he is at a crossroads of how he wants to raise their daughter Salome.
Sleep-deprived and isolated from the world, it’s just him and Salome in their downtown city condo. He works remotely, Head of Engineering for a small tech startup.
He becomes more obsessed with his work trying to finish a project him and Mia started. He wants to finish it, he wants to provide for his daughter but he’s lost in that world.
Things soon start to fall apart around him. His job is at risk as the project he’s in charge of starts to crash-dive. He focuses on his obsession with hobby, cars spending money he doesn’t have. His family try to help, but he pushes them away.
All he wants is Mia back in his life raising their daughter together with the life they both worked hard for. But as reality starts to creep in, will he even be able to take care of himself?
