He’s able to work and understand the needs of the production by factoring in budget, timelines and skillset required. From that he’s able to access his network from established to up and comers and right size against the needs of the production. His goal is to bring in the best quality talent that the production can afford to ensure independent productions can move forward without compromising on quality. 

As a key advocate of bringing opportunities to the next generation of talent, he’s brings mentorship and leadership to any new talent he vouches for. His goal is to ensure they can become a formidable force in their own right.
